Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the website at wyvernai.co.nz. By using the site, you accept them.
They are about the website, not about paid work. If you hire me, the scope or proposal we agree in writing is the document that governs that job, and it wins over anything general said here.
Who I am
Wyvern Services Limited, trading as Wyvern AI. A one-person business run by Andrew Hunt from Raumati Beach, New Zealand, building software and AI systems for New Zealand small businesses. You can reach me at andrew@wyvernai.co.nz.
Using the website
The site is here to tell you what I do and to give you a way to get in touch. Read it, link to it, email me. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy on the page.
What you agree not to do is the usual short list: do not try to break into it, do not scrape it wholesale, and do not use it for anything illegal.
What is on the page is not advice
Prices, timeframes and examples on this site describe how I usually work. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a quote and not professional advice for your situation. Anything I actually commit to comes to you in writing with your business named in it. The one published price is a starting price, and it says so where it appears.
Client examples
Some of the work described on this site is deliberately anonymous. Every example is here because that client saw the exact wording first and agreed to it. Where figures are given they are a real result for a real client, and they are not a promise that you would get the same. What your business would get depends on your business.
Private client pages
If I have sent you a private link to a page for your project, that link is for you and the people you choose to show it to. It is not indexed by search engines. Please do not publish it. Anything you write back to me on one of those pages comes to me by email, and how I handle it is covered in the privacy policy.
Who owns what
The copy, design, code, name and branding on this website are mine. Quote it and link to it as you like for normal commentary, journalism or research. Do not republish it wholesale, and do not use my branding in a way that suggests I endorsed something I did not.
Work I deliver to a paying client is different, and the arrangement is set out in that engagement's own scope. In short: you own everything specific to you, including the code, the content and the accounts, all set up in your name. Where a job sits on top of something reusable of mine, you get a licence to use it rather than the underlying engine, and I tell you that plainly before you sign anything.
Other companies and outbound links
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and is hosted by Vercel. It also links out to other websites. I do not control any of them and I am not responsible for what they do or what is on them.
Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent New Zealand law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act where those apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top will change when I do, and using the site after that means you accept the update.
