Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 May 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Wyvern AI website at wyvernai.co.nz. By using the site, you agree to these terms. The terms of any consulting engagement we agree with you separately (in a written scope or proposal) take precedence over the general statements below for that engagement.
Who we are
Wyvern AI is an AI implementation consultancy based in Wellington, New Zealand. You can reach us at hello@wyvernai.co.nz.
Use of the website
You may use the website to learn about our services, contact us, book a discovery call, and try the “Scan my business” tool. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to bypass security, scraping content at scale, submitting harmful content, or using the site for anything illegal.
"Scan my business" output
The “Scan my business” tool produces AI-generated suggestions based on the short description you provide. The output is illustrative, not advice. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific purpose, and you shouldn't make business decisions based on it without further investigation. If you'd like a serious view on what AI could do for your business, book a discovery call.
Content and intellectual property
The content on this website (including copy, branding, design, code, and the Wyvern AI name and logo) is owned by Wyvern AI. You may quote and link to it for normal commentary, journalism, or research; please do not republish it wholesale or use our branding to imply endorsement.
Where we deliver work for clients under a paid engagement, the IP arrangements for that work are set out in the engagement scope or proposal — typically, the client owns the deliverables and we retain rights to our underlying methods and tooling.
Third-party services and links
The website integrates third-party services (including Cal.com for bookings and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection) and links to other sites. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Wyvern AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act where they apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
